Mangus (work in progress)
Inspired by Tengrian mythology, the Mangus are demonic beings who hunt humans not by sight, but by sensing the inner light of their souls. This installation transforms that myth into a public, urban-scale light sculpture. The sculpture itself takes the form of a monstrous figure — part skeletal, part luminous, part shadow. It is both terrifying and mesmerizing: a guardian of the space that awakens in response to the living “lights” of the city’s people.
